We put great importance on what reaches your table, which is why we work with small Greek farms that do not use unnecessary antibiotics or steroids. More specifically, our calves are fed exclusively with barley, hay, bran, corn, and straw.

We source our pork from small family businesses that respect the Greek consumer, their animals, as well as the environment and observe all welfare measures based on European legislation. They follow a strictly plant-based diet for the best quality of the final product.

LAMB / GOAT

Our lamb and goats come only from Greece and are always raised free-range. The farms we collaborate with are from all over Greece and more specifically we source our products from Larissa, Agrinio and Ioannina. Casa Di Carne is very well established in the south of Greece and we receive top quality sheep meat from the Peloponnese.

POULTRY

For our poultry, we choose suppliers from Greece and Italy. In addition to classic chicken, we also offer free-range from the company Pindos and plant-based from the company Fileni. We usually source our turkeys from the Italian companies Amadori and Fileni.

During the Christmas season we provide a variety of farm, import, or free-range options for the following products: duck, geese, guinea fowl, partridge, pheasant, quail, deer, roe deer, and wild boar.
